Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Rendered

Cart of Arts provides custom hand-drawn portrait services. Each portrait is a unique creation based on the references provided by the customer. Due to the nature of handmade art, slight variations and artistic interpretations are part of the service.

2. Intellectual Property

Reference Photos: You represent that you own the rights to or have permission to use the photos you upload.
Final Artwork: Upon full payment, the physical artwork belongs to the customer. However, Cart of Arts retains the right to use digital scans of the artwork for its portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We use secure payment gateways for transactions. Orders are only processed once the full payment or the agreed-upon deposit is received. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Artwork Creation & Revisions

Our artists work diligently to capture the essence of your reference photos. We offer up to 2 free digital revisions (adjustments to the sketch/scan) before Shipping. Major changes requested after the physical artwork is complete may incur an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Handling

We ship across India using reliable courier partners. While we ensure sturdy packaging, Cart of Arts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions. Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold specified in our Shipping Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to upload any photos that are obscene, defamatory, or infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berhampur, Odisha.
