Your portrait is hand-drawn in 7-10 working days after you approve the initial proof, then shipped with 3-5 working days of transit. Timelines depend on the artist tier and current queue.
Studio and Master describe which artist draws your portrait (artist tier). Standard and Premium describe the artwork depth within a style (character-only vs full scene/background). They are two independent choices.
Prices start at ₹1,199 for a single-face A4 charcoal portrait and scale by size (A4/A3/A2), style and number of faces. See the full price matrix on the Create page before you order.
Yes — we deliver to pincodes across India via courier partners. Free delivery across India on orders above ₹1,999 (₹99 flat below that). We accept payments from anywhere, but currently deliver within India only.
2 free revisions on the proof before final delivery. You review a digital proof before we print and ship, so you can request changes within that allowance before final delivery.
We don't offer dissatisfaction-based refunds. If an item arrives damaged, we resolve it case by case with either a partial refund or a redelivery, depending on the situation and stock availability.
A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo with sharp facial features works best. Avoid heavy blur, strong filters or very small/low-light images. If you send more than one photo, tell us which is the main reference. Our artist will reach out if a better source image is needed.
