Everything you need to know about our portrait service
A charcoal portrait is a handmade drawing in charcoal, rendered from your photo with dramatic light and deep blacks. Every piece is hand-drawn by our artist in India — not printed or AI-generated — on premium archival paper.
A hand-drawn charcoal portrait starts at ₹1,199 for a single-face A4 and scales by size (A4/A3/A2), by Standard vs Premium (character-only vs full scene), and by number of faces. Free delivery across India on orders above ₹1,999 (₹99 flat below that).
Your charcoal portrait is hand-drawn in 7-10 working days after you approve the initial proof, then shipped with 3-5 working days of transit. We accept payments from anywhere, but currently deliver within India only.
2 free revisions on the proof before final delivery. You review a digital proof before we print and ship, so you can request changes within that allowance before final delivery.
We don't offer dissatisfaction-based refunds. If an item arrives damaged, we resolve it case by case with either a partial refund or a redelivery, depending on the situation and stock availability.
